Aimee & Michael

Aimee & Michael tied the knot on Oct. 11th. The ceremony and reception were both at the Hawthorne house (which is not a bad place to spend an October afternoon and evening). After some pictures in the chapel we took advantage of the spectacular grounds there and got some pictures on the foot bridge:

Then it was across the lawn to the gazebo. You know what's a fun word to say? Gazebo. Seriously. Give it a try. But I digress. A couple of shots from the gazebo area.

And then back to the chapel for the getting married part of the program.
A picture of a lovely young flowergirl:
And who can pass up a great shot of the groom's son, his gal, and his bouquet. Okay, it was actually Aimee's bouquet, but still I think it's a good look for him.
Thanks very much to Aimee & Michael for inviting me to be a with them on the wedding day and to their friends and family for making me feel right at home (especially Allison, Aimee's daughter and maid of honor who gave a spectacular and spectacularly touching toast). Finally, a big thank you to the incomparable Andrea Deschaine with Branches & Twigs who was the florist for the wedding and who referred me to Aimee and Michael.
